- Safeguarding & Marketing: Photography permissions and lead source metadata.

Your registration profiles are strictly used for running operations:
- To secure child attendance list reports for class instructors.
- To enable clicking the WhatsApp link which lets you complete bookings.
- To monitor manual bank-transfer payments and invoice refunds.
- To trigger medical alerts if a child requires assistance.
4. Operational Controls
Security controls on our platform are maintained via database access isolation:
- Role-based access checks mapping user roles (finance, class instructor) to their respective permissions.
- Audit logging tracks all modifications on user registration lists.
- Critical contact information is omitted from standard debug outputs.
