Please read these conditions carefully. They outline expectations for class safety, payments, cancellations, and photography.

This page acts as the official draft of MagicMats booking rules and conditions. Content is subject to update prior to local launch.

1. Bookings & Registration

All session bookings must be processed through our website. A booking is formally registered when you complete the form wizard and a booking reference is issued. If you complete the registration flow but do not complete WhatsApp verification, your space remains reserved but subject to local operational follow-up.

2. Safety & Medical Details

For the safety of all children in the class, guardians are required to disclose any relevant medical condition, dietary requirement, allergy, or medication detail. You must also supply a primary emergency contact phone number that remains reachable for the entire duration of the session.

3. Payments & Refund Guidelines

Our payment and refund policies keep operations sustainable:

  • Bookings remain "Due" until payment proof is submitted and confirmed by staff.
  • Cancellations requested at least 48 hours prior to the session start time are eligible for a partial or full refund.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the event starting will not be refunded.

4. Photography Consent

Guardians can optionally opt-in to photography and marketing usage. When selected, you authorize MagicMats to take and publish group photos on our channels. If you wish to revoke this consent at any point, contact us directly and we will delete related media.
